Brenda, What can I say on here? You are tops! I loved the line: "Darling, kiss me tenderly when you go out the door"!! Reminds me of us, as each time one of us leaves, we give a kiss till we return. In life there are no guarantee's and it could be our last kiss, so enjoy, and know each to be precious!! When hubby used to go out fishing at 3 AM, I always got up, fixed his thermos, and as he went out we kissed. Any time he left, or if I did, we kissed. I loved the poem, so romantic, and showing two as one!! Love you, as you know, my sweet friend! God bless!!

So you have not only been busy writing poetry but also fixing up the inside, like your computer room but also the outside of your home. Everything must really look lovely now. A job well done I am sure. Please take care and have a wonderful week and weekend. I Love You, Anneliese

Dearest Brenda, First I must apologize for not being around for awhile. It seems this addition to the house will never get finished. We are about 3/4 of the way to completion, but it's taking it's toll. Everyday we flop into bed exhausted. Thank goodness my sons are helping when they can and I'm sure that once it's done I'll be so happy to have all our rooms on one level. Hope you are enjoying your newly re-decorated computer room! Tonight I've finally set aside some time for me! My nine year old granddaughter has been staying with me for the past week and so you can't imagine the wonderful feeling I got from Through the Ages. I look at her each night and see myself as a little girl. I see her mother as a little girl. I wonder how the time has passed. But your beautiful poem reminded me that it's nothing to be sad about. Brenda, you are truly an angel. You understand all the matters of the heart far more than anyone I know. Thank you again for being there!! Biggest Hugs, Diane

Hello Brenda, Thank you for all your pages that I have finally caught up on. Traces Of You is a very powerful writing. There is a lot of meaning in those words. Completely Alone is very sad, but as is always the case with your writings it is very well written. As we travel through life we should recall what has happened Through The Ages as you say and remember the great times we had. We can’t forget the bad times, but we can allow the good times to take precedent. So many people I know are on that Road To Nowhere and it seems that nothing one can do will give them any direction so all we can do is pray that they soon find where they are going. As always your poems are all very special to read and a true pleasure to come by and read your writings. Not sure if this is the right way of saying it but it seems you are enjoying you new home and after all that hard work in your computer room it must really look a treat now. Just think, you don’t have to strip that wallpaper again in the future, isn’t that wonderful to know? Thank you my friend for your friendship. God bless. Eddie

Hi Brenda: Both poems are awesome! "Through The Ages," reminds me of how sometimes I'll hark back like Johnny Carson use to say, Lol! This poem reminds me of several different lifetimes, one when I was a child, second in my teens, well you get the idea. I will always miss my Mother! She passed in 1968 but I think of her every day. The three most important people in my life are Jesus first, my Mother, and then my Husband David! I feel so blessed as I have truly enjoyed every day. This is a great poem, and will make each reader think of his or her life. Now that's great writing! "Road To Nowhere," is how I felt when I lost my Mother. Never really knowing if I was on the right track, as I always appreciated my Mother's advice. Thankfully I was blessed with a Mother who taught me many things, and with her kindness and love I feel the good Lord saved me. I was so lost. Brenda, it was a pleasure to read your wonderful work. Yesterday I got David over to the swimming pool which is a miracle in itself as he has been so ill. Thank you for being my friend! Love You Always Brenda! Joyce
Your new room sounds delightful and peaceful. ^O^

Brenda, My sweetie, the two new poems are, as usual, lovely. Road to Nowhere is beautiful but I must say Through The Ages left me in tears. It seems the world is turning faster each year and we are in the Senior Citizen category! I just thank God that I am still here. He has blessed me and He has blessed you, dear one, with a talent few have. Thank you for your writings, so enjoyable! Love from my heart.

Brenda, Your poems are so touching, as they portray life as it truly is in so many ways. I enjoyed both "Road To Nowhere" and "Through The Ages". Life as it is. We need to know the road we are on, and need to keep on the right one, helping others as we go, and picking ourselves up when needed. Through the Ages -- wow -- I can relate to that one. It seems life passes so fast, as I think back. One day there were no responsibilites, and life was just so 'free', and then one by one more and more responsibilities crept up, and even my face and hair show their result. But, looking back at memories, I can smile and know I did love each phase of life. I always love each of your dear poems, as they are so life related. I can identify so closely with many of them! Love you my sweet sis!! God bless!!

Brenda, You didn't tell us what color you painted your computer room. I'm just curious as mine needs a touch-up. The Road To Nowhere was great.

Dearest Brenda, Wow! Two more life lesson poems. "Through The Ages" and "Road To Nowhere" I do not know which one I like better. But Sissy Dear I love them both. Omg Brenda how do you do it. They are wonderful each in their own way. Makes a person sure think a lot what life is all about with it's ups and downs. "Wunderbar" You have done it again. Your talent is outstanding. The graphics are beautiful and also your choice of music. So you have been having fun fixing up your room. That is back breaking work. I am so glad that the end result turned out great and to your liking. You now need a good rest that's for sure. Please take care. God bless you always Dearest Sis. I love you, Anneliese
