Thanks first of all for sharing your photographs. It was a lovely journey of your life and I enjoyed them so much. I thought Ice Cream Island was delightful but in contrast Mountain of Life was truly beautiful and so very true. I love climbing mountains and I often used to get inspiration on those walks. I hope you are feeling better. It is warm and wet here in England but as the nights get lighter it is that much nearer to spring. Love to you and your family.

Brenda my dear friend, your two poems once again was such good reading. A Winter Walk, I felt I was there; your words were so artfully chosen, very well done. The graphics in this one was just beautiful. My Quiet Place, Brenda I don’t know how you do it but you bring us right into your words, so well written. I enjoyed both very much, and again your graphics were just right, bravo.

Hello my very dear friend. I loved both updates!! Tears at the heart, but is as life is. A Winter Walk - A change of heart in this as we look not at our problems, but hear that small voice of one that has lost a loved one in the war and the young boy wants his Dad back. One day he will be with his Dad, but to all the ones that have lost loved ones in this war, my heart goes out to them. Our problems pass over quietly when we see what they feel and must face. My Quiet Place- oh the sadness of loneliness, and not having the mate next to us. The end of the poem tells it all, as one day you too 'will be coming home'. Oh sis, that is how it would be too, - and one in each marriage usually has to face that. I loved both pages, beautiful settings and music. You are super!!! Love ya' sis!!!

A Winter Walk and My Quiet Place ~~ what beautiful poetry, Brenda, my dear friend. The graphics were all beautiful and I can picture everything in your poems. Sadness, love, hope and a little boy's faith in God. Keep writing, Brenda, and when you have bad days, remember, you have many friends like me who are thinking of you and praying for you. God bless you and your family. I do love the new poems, as I did the rest.

Hello Brenda,
Nice to see your mail in my inbox and I would like to wish you a very happy New Year filled with much peace, love and happiness. Your poem “A Winter Walk” is beautiful and it really touches you as you read it. It is so true that when we look around perhaps our own troubles are not as bad as we think. “My Quiet Place” is also very beautiful and you must know I am an old romantic at heart by now. It really tugs at one’s heartstrings when we read your beautiful verse. It shows what real love is and what it is meant to be. I hope you get to do more as you feel like it as I love reading your verses. Praying that all will go well with your eye surgery. God bless.

Your website is just beautiful, I have really enjoyed my visit. I have seen your beautiful awards Sassy, they are really lovely to look at. You must be so proud of them, I know I would be with such beautiful awards like yours. And your photo's are so cute when you was little, then you grew into the beautiful young lady. Thank you for my visit Sassy. I enjoyed myself all the while I was on your website. Very best wishes to you.

I came to thank you for being so sweet and signing birthday wishes for the girls. They are going to be so excited to read them all this Sunday! I love blinkies too, but the big ones like you have. And you know how I adore black, gold and silver together, that was a beautiful blinkie. I sure miss my graphic programs, things have gotten so advanced in graphic design it just blows my mind to see all the pretty things. Thank you, and since I can't leave my thank you heart, I will email it to you right now. Love to you and Jim.

My Quiet Place is such a powerful poem Brenda and it's just how I feel about Ben. It is so beautifully written of a loss of a loved one. It truly says what we who have lost our loved ones feel inside. You really know how to write feelings within one's heart. I loved it so much it brought tears to my eyes. Both poems were wonderful and very powerful. You write from your heart and from life's experiences and that is what makes your poetry so very special.
Love you!!
