One day when God was not busy
and had nothing else this day He needed to do.
God thought out loud and mused,
He said, “I think I will create someone new.”

“Someone very special with
a wonderful talent I will give her for design.
So others will be able to express
the thoughts and feelings on all their minds.”

“She will be completely different
attributes of a kind, giving and loving heart.
I will give her excellent qualities
which from others created, will set her apart.”

“Bless her with many children
to give her plenty of hugs and their true love.
Assured always in her heart,
each child a blessing from the Heavens above.”

“Although her trials and pain
will sometimes be hard for her to get through.
I will always choose her path
directing her life journey of what she must do.”

“I will watch over this child
and guide her life and the ways she must be.
Her place in Heaven secure
returning home safely here, to spend eternity.”

So God finished this wonderful
creation he had in mind that one faithful day.
Sent her to earth on her journey,
watching her every move and step along the way.

Now this special angel built
completely with God’s pure love and His design.
Has walked into my humble life,
and will forever remain, a true friend of mine.
