Angel to Love by Brenda Sparkman

An angel crossed my path today,
with blessings...from God above.
Along with her sweet friendship,
she extended unconditional love.

We now visit when we have time,
sending greetings each others way.
To share a nice poem or message,
notes saying, “Have a lovely day.”

I now have another angel to love,
to fill my days with her sunshine.
I can’t tell you how pleased I am,
this angel is a true friend of mine.

If you knew my precious friend,
you would forever love her too.
You would know a lovely angel,
there to help in whatever you do.

When God sends special angels,
to brighten up our troubled days.
You should stop and thank Him,
and offer up your grateful praise.

God, I stand humbly before you,
thanking you, today, once again.
For this angel to love and know,
to always have as a good friend.

Days of inviting warm sunshine,
nights shining from stars above.
Always let her realize every day,
everyone is grateful for her love.
