Can’t You Hear Me

Can’t you hear me calling you,
Do you at least know my name.
Do you realize if you ignore me,
Your life will never be the same.

You need love and comfort now,
To try to make it through the day.
One with the wisdom of the ages,
Who shall never lead you astray.

Can’t you hear me calling you,
Do you at least know my name.
Do you realize if you ignore me,
Your life will never be the same.

Guiding you through all troubles,
Even if you stumble or might fall.
I’ll be here to restore your faith,
All you need to do is just call.

Faithfully here to always turn to,
Put all your hope and trust in me.
I know how things are to turn out,
For I am holding the golden key.

Can’t you hear me calling you,
Do you at least know my name.
Do you realize if you ignore me,
Your life will never be the same.

If you haven’t guessed by now,
Somehow I thought you all knew.
My name is God, I gave my son,
He died on the cross . . . for you.
