Daddy, can you hear me? Do
you know I love you? You went away so long
ago, and I don’t know what to do.
I
don’t know why you went away, only what I was
told. I was afraid to ask any questions, I
could never be that bold.
Why does your
new wife hate me? Daddy, what did I do?
The only thing I have ever wanted, was just to be close to
you.
Daddy, can you hear me? Do you
know I miss you? Will you come and
talk to me, I need your help to get me
through.
Please come and sit for
awhile, Daddy, spend some time with me.
Let me see that lopsided smile, stay and keep me company.
Daddy, can you hear
me? Please don’t be mad. I am all grown up
now, but sometimes I am very sad.
I need you
to talk with me, I need someone to hold my
hand. I need someone to hug and smile at me. Daddy, please
try to understand.
Daddy, can you hear
me? Why did it turn out this way? I look
to God for guidance Each and every
day.
Daddy, can you hear me?
